Good Products Horrible Customer Service
I ordered here multiple times on this shop, most of them went without a issue. Made an order on 24-05-2023 which included a fume extractor TBK 658. The Fume Extractor TBK 658 was discontinued and they offered an replace model which was cheaper than the original model i ordered and if i agreed to replace they would refund the difference between the models. Contacted the customer service multiple times about it when i would the difference refunded. Each time I would get "It's passed onto finance department" We are almost two months further and still didn't receive the difference in money back. UPDATE: never got my money back
