At first I was very impressed
At first I was very impressed. There were someone waiting at the airport with my name and just had to wait two minutes for van to arrive. Driver drove well in traffic, but about 1km from our hotel he stopped and phoned someone. Spoke in Turkish and then handed me his phone. The person on the phone said that he could not drive further we need to walk to our hotel from there and just pointed in the direction the hotel was. WHEN WE GOT TO THE BOOM IN THE STREET WE ENTERED THE GUARD ASKED WHY HE DIDN’T DROVE IN! SO HE WAS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THERE AND JUST OPTED NOT TO. We had four big suitcases as well as hand luggage and had to walk the cobble stone path while watching out for cars as well as trying to find our hotel. Unfortunately the wheels of all our suitcases were damaged and would need to be replaced. I surely hope our transfer tomorrow will pick us up from the hotel. At this stage I would definitely not recommend your service.
