Long time iRocker customer here. We started several years ago with a couple of their SUPs. Many, many paddles later they are still like new. We bought a boat and now have a couple of inflatable relaxing products from them. We have found that the cost-to-feature ratio is equal or better than others in the market, and the quality of these newer iRocker products seems to be just as good as our old SUPs. My only [very minor] complaint is that sometimes their website shows products or features that are no longer available, or are part of a future plan but not available yet. When I have sent in questions to the company, the response comes quickly, and sometimes that has also provided alternative options. I have not had to contact them about any problems with my products (because there haven't been any), but based on my other contacts with the company I feel as if it would be handled pretty well. Highly recommend iRocker and their products!
