Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. The printer is covered by warranty, it doesn't work, and it's been months now as I keep doing tests and checks, they had me open the whole thing TWICE. They just won't help you. First and last time I buy one of their products, that's for sure, cheap company selling cheap products with cheap service.
