remote area issues
After making the purchase Giztop contacted me telling me that my ZIP code (wich was informed in the sale) was a remote area, that DHL was charging extra for the delivery and that I had to pay extra for the items to be sent. I told them that they were changing the terms of the deal post-sale, so I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund. Giztop stepped up and assumed the extra cost of the delivery, a bit of a hassel and a small delay in the delivery but a happy ending nonetheless.
