Purchased 20 rolls of filament and only sent 18 Contacted them many times and no support, replacement or refund

Brand New Printer Does Not Work
Brand new 3D printer purchased, on unboxing I discovered there are many faults and it does not work. Numerous emails sent but nobody has replied, disgusting level of customer service and support
