Not a good experience at all bought ticket for my wife and myself and then two days later was informed wife’s ticket was standby. I asked for a refund. They said they could not give a refund they would book me on another flight. Well, they booked me on another flight for an additional $350. I couldn’t cancel anything because I already had a VRBO rented. Be careful when you use this company make sure you have real tickets.
