Flaws in the system
I bought two phones on Sunsky because it seemed cheaper compared to other online shopping websites. And that is true, maybe, if you live in China. It was the first time I had bought something from outside my own country and I took for granted that taxes were all included in the shown price. I am always very careful when I buy goods online, so I triple checked that the price was going to be that one and nothing more. When the phones arrived (considerably late compared to the date I was told), I had a very unpleasant surprise: I had to pay €150 for custom duties. I told the sales manager I had not been informed about it and that I did not want to pay that because it was a scam. She answered that other customers did not complain as much as I did and that they just paid their taxes. In between all of these rude responses, she was sending me cute emojis and even pictures of her dinner to try to sweeten me and just pay the taxes. Extremely unprofessional. In the end I paid the taxes because there was no point in arguing. At least the phones work and, after writing this review, Sunsky contacted me and they paid me back the custom duties. I really appreciate this.
