I wanted to upload 4 photos for family members that lost their pets and I was unable to do it. I contacted customer service and the link was closed for vacation. They opened the link just for me. I was supper happy. Then I got 2 of my photos uploaded and the other 2 would not go. I sent another email and uploaded my photos directly to them. I gave them credit card info and all is good. Their customer service is above a 5. They are a 100 in my book. The paintings are so real that they look like the real photos.
