Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been trying to return rugs for almost a week and 2 of the rugs are terrible, one smells and the other releases fibers and my daughter was struggling to breathe, tried to return, called, emailed, never received a reply. Spent over $2000 on rugs. NEVER EVER AGAIN
