For sitting and relaxing it is best to have the couch back flat against a wall for support because it is modular and designed to come apart. You can change the layout of alternative seating arrangements, for creative play like building a house or fort, and even try stacking them differently so little ones can practice climbing or use them as tumbling mats. My 1 year old likes when we rearrange them differently for her to climb on. The couch is very well built. The fabrics feel solid. The foam is also a really good density. It is nice and soft but still extremely supportive. The foam can even support the weight of an adult. it is super comfortable! Tons of fun! Definitely recommend
