I cancelled the subscription after not even a week and got a confirmation email to prove it. A month later I get charged again and after contacting their service team about it they said I cancelled too late and the subscription renewed. When I asked for their policy stating this, I did not receive an answer. I was able to prove everything and they wanted to give me a refund of 15$ - even though they deducted almost 35$ from my account. I then asked them to cancel my subscription (again) and I received the exact same email... I will contact my lawyer if they will charge me again!
