Recently bought a iPhone 14 Pro max transparent unique magsafe slimcase, received it with a crack defect. Spent $50 for a case just to receive a cracked defective case. Contacted support and still haven’t got a reply. Update on the replacement of my case. Gotten a new case from them. As my previous case was damage due to shipping. Very fast response from slim case eventually.
