TBS Charlotte collected my money from Triumph pay has it in their account over 7 months now and refuse to hand it over, I have sent numerous e mails to my rep who just ignores my messages, it is near impossible to get them on the phone, I am now making a complaint to the better business bureau. Financial services was messed up but when a customer is dissatisfied they would reach out and make it right, TBS could care less
