Although they are young company they have great service
Although they are young company, they have excellent customer service. And features like notes & tags has helped us greatly as work aren't halted when one of the team member is unavailable. I love DND mode , as I can take a break without any pinging or ringing from my device. But Krispcall mobile app definitely needs an upgrade . most of the features are mising out , it would be great if they could update asap.
