Great experience overall despite a local logistics issue
Supplier & Contact (Rosy): My sales contact, Rosy (Shandong Running Intelligent Co., Ltd.), was outstanding. She was extremely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process. Product Quality: The 389 kg wood chipper arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. High quality and matches all specifications. Logistics & Resolution: We faced a minor issue with the local carrier (DSV) attempting delivery at an outdated address. However, Rosy stepped in immediately to coordinate with the freight forwarder, allowing us to successfully resolve the issue. Conclusion: Thanks to Trade Assurance and Rosy's dedication, my investment was protected and the transaction was a success. I highly recommend working with this supplier!
