Highly recommend their meat and customer service!
Ran into a few issues with shipments arriving partially or fully thawed, spoiling meat on two occasions but tracking the problem to UPS not delivering on time including delaying a perishable product over an entire weekend. Customer service was top notch and multi-faceted involving much more than just the customer service representative I was dealing with including requests from the CEO to track dish what the problem was. Very satisfied with the customer service but am also happy to report that the quality of the meat is excellent and proved to my family that none of the game meat tasted any differently than the great deer and Antelope meat we have had over the years from the field.
