OCW does not deserve a star
I hate giving this OCW place one star. I ordered what was listed as an arch support casual shoe. The shoe had NO arch support at all. When I brought this to their attention I was advised that it was an ergomatic shoe and would need to wear for about 30 minutes a day. I showed the shoe to my orthopedic who said what a racket! There was no way this FLAT insole was either arch-support OR ergomatic. I was told to send the shoes back to Vietnam at the cost of $48.92 and then send them the proof. Unbelievable altogether! Caution: DO NOT ORDER SNEAKERS/SHOES FROM OCW. I ended up donating them. Waste of good money. mm
