I was having heating issues with two machines. Customer Service was excellent and handled the problems professionally. Requested photos were supplied as proof of the irregular heating pattern and replacement machines were shipped. Communication takes a bit longer with a response every 24 hours, but they were respectful and knowledgeable. Definitely reinforced that I had purchased from the correct company and will do so again.
