They're customer service is lacking to say the least. You can only email them for help. My S2 triple monitor is not working and I've emailed them several times. They gave me some instructions that didn't resolve the problem and now they will not respond. I made the purchase through Amazon less than 2 months ago....I'm frustrated to say the least.
