2+ months and still waiting!!!
I ordered a dress on 8/31 for my son's wedding on 10/12. After contacting customer service on 9/25 I was told it would be shipped on 9/29 and take 10 to 15 days to receive. That I would receive an email containing the tracking number. I have yet to receive such email and it is now 11/1 and I have still not received the dress. I had to find another dress for the wedding and was not happy at all. I understand that it is an international company but this is ridiculous. All customer service does is apologize and make promises they cannot keep. No offer to better your experience or discount. Just a "we appreciate your patience and cooperation while waiting for your order". Trust me when I say, I am not patient and extremely NOT happy with this company and I will be sure NOT to recommend them to anyone.
