shipping and yracking
I thought the whole experience was pretty good, anytime I asked a question , I got an immediate response, the only issue I really had was the tracking system sucked ! it was never updated a on a regular basis and there was never any indication when the parcel was shipped or how long the shipment would take to get to destination.
