Excellent Technical Support
I’m not one for writing reviews but I need to make an exception. When using the Advanced Tabs module, I found that I needed the ability to have Inactive and Active states for an image much like how the text and icons work. This functionality was not available. I presented this to support. They informed me that this was not available and there wasn’t a workaround. They took the need for this functionality under consideration for future enhancements. I was then informed several days later that a new version of the plugin was available with the new functionality. I tried it out and it worked great. It is really appreciated when a company takes feedback from their customers seriously. Thank you all for your contribution in great customer support!
