I trusted this company with my hard-earned money and made a purchase, but little did I know that I was in for a nightmare when it came to their refund policy. After waiting patiently for 60 days, as their policy states, I reached out to their customer service regarding my refund. To my surprise, I was met with excuses and a lack of transparency. They assured me that the refund was being processed and that I should wait a little longer. Feeling uneasy, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for another 30 days, as they sometimes extend the period to 90 days. However, even after 90 days had passed, there was still no sign of my refund. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and unresponsive their customer service had become. It's as if they thought they could just hold onto my money without any consequences. I sent countless emails, made numerous calls, and even tried to reach out through their social media channels, but it was all in vain. The level of frustration and helplessness I felt during this ordeal is beyond words. It's absolutely infuriating to see a company take advantage of customers who trusted them. I strongly advise anyone considering using BackpackBang.com to think twice.
