The worst flight experience for online checkin!! Force to pay for normal seats. First time with them return from KK to KL. We are checkin online for return and realized all seats are charge from Rm12 to Rm22 even normal seats, we are unable to skip without selecting seats. We log out n decided to clarify at counter. When we reached counter checkin, the staff informed that our seats are pending payments and unable to make changes until their IT staff to verified the system and we managed to get normal seats without chargeable after waited 30 mins. Further more, flight delay without notification.
