Highly Disappointed
Losing a child is hard, so I ordered a doll that looks like my daughter who passed. The doll I got looks NOTHING like the doll I ordered. Contacted customer service and was willing to return the doll to get what I ordered, but was denied that option and offered approximately $20 back on my order. After reading the reviews, I see how the company is getting over on people.
