Terrible customer service
I bought two pairs of shoes online, obviously the same size as they were both for me. I took a screenshot of the order after I placed it, and then received an email showing one of the pairs was 2 sizes smaller. I had to chat with them for quite a while until they canceled the order. I re-placed the order. Exact same items, exact same problem. Only this time I did not have a screenshot to prove that I did order the right shoe size. Upon receiving the wrong item, I spent a good while chatting with them to no avail. They still charged me for the return shipment and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Not buying here again, at least not online!
