I did my research before buying a therapy light. I settled on Alaska Northern Lights because they have the brightest lights so you can sit 24-30 inches away. Most other brands are like 12 inches. I can't imagine putting a light 1 ft from my face. Their products are high quality and I recommend them over others! Also recommend the 10,000 North Star Original if you're sensitive to light. LED light is a little more intense.
