Poor quality and terrible after-sales service
My DUOTTS bike started falling apart after just one year. The chain rusted badly, wires came loose, a pedal fell off, parts broke, and eventually the bike stopped working altogether. DUOTTS refused to replace any of the parts and demanded another €30. Based on my experience, the build quality and customer service are extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying a DUOTTS bike.
