Massive improvement!
My Chinese friends and family all kept noticing a big improvement as I took That's Mandarin's classes. Highly recommend especially if a 1-on-1 class is possible. After some basic classes through university and a Confucius Institute several years previously, I found That's Mandarin's immersive and active approach made a huge difference. Wu Laoshi made the classes fly - it didn't feel like effort at all, and when I asked for extra revision exercises even made me personalised work sheets. The videos and exercises and other features of the platform for online study provided a really helpful one-stop structure rather than worry about various learning methods, apps, etc. I also appreciated the company's desire to improve by seeking student feedback and a suggestion for adding a feature to the platform was very positively received.
