I am satisfied with service & care at Huangshan international Dental Hospital
I am 72 yr old retiree from Sydney, Australia. I will write of my experience to date & later I will write of my experience when my full treatment completed I first heard of Huangshan dental hospital through YouTube posts. I was impressed by positive experiences of many foreigners who came to China to restore their teeth. Thereafter I decided I must come here and hopefully reap same positive results. Note: my Sydney dentist put in numerous fillings 12 months ago but most have fallen out. Today is 3rd day of my arrival. On 1st day: tests, assessment & treatment options. 2nd day: ie yesterday was a periodontal gingival curettage by my dentist. 3rd day: 8 fillings, a root canal and 3 crowns to be done. From the moment I emailed my enquiry to my arrival, the hospital consultants team tasked with liaising, informing, arranging & practically “holding our hands” were simply amazing, Mina is my consultant & contact person until I arrived at Huangshan dental hospital. Nothing was too much for her. She went out of her way to explain and make things smooth for me. Upon arriving in China I have encountered frequent issues with my payment system & Archie (another consultant) has been extremely helpful, dedicated & patient to assist me address the aforesaid issues. In fact, Archie even came to assist me out of his official working hours. My impression at this point is Huangshan International Dental staff’s service, support, professionalism overall is excellent & exemplary. Thank you Huangshan International Dental.
