Total disappointment
Total disappointment! My armor 7 was as advertised, but on the first year of usage it started loosing battery for 3 to 5 hours after charging. I had to ship it to another country for a warranty service and I was left without a phone for a month. Now one year later I have the same hardware problem and it is draining the battery. The phone is not misused or damaged, it just has the same hardware problem as before and needs to be serviced. Now every single service shop in my country has told me that Ulefone is not suppling them with spare parts and they cannot fix my phone. I am not sending it for a service abroad, I am just going to use another brand.
