Delivery service
Delivery service Have used online carpets for many years now for our refurbishment projects as they always deliver with in a reasonable time and quality was good Unfortunately our last project being very problematic for them , 1st was something to do with security online so unable to deliver , second delivery attempted and finally saying delivery will be rescheduled in 7 days An absolute appalling service somewhat that we now after 6 years have to find an alternative company , this is typical of companies that get complacent thinking they have the market tied up .
