Unhappy but helped
Very unhappy so far. First kit I am working on "Family Banner" and have had to buy extra cotton for 4 colours so far. I am extremely careful with use, not carrying cotton long gaps, leaving as short ends as possible when starting and finishing etc. Also had two different symbols with the same colour cotton that did not match the dmc numbers that were to be two different colours. Customer service has contacted me and they have been very helpful.
