You cannot contact a human. Basically you are your own tech and are paying them. Hold times to contact someone are astronomical. Upwards of 40 min IF you don’t get off. Apps do not work reliably or easily to log in and access system or to access account. Cancelling? Forget getting through. Had to call bank to deny payment.
