Would not recommend appalling customer service
We had only had the treadmill for 2 days when whilst using it there was a load bang from the on switch and it tripped the fuse box in the house .The treadmill stopped working .I contacted customer services immediately only to receive a reply to check my household wiring blaming it on an overloaded plug socket or faulty worn wiring ! I assured them that’s this was not the case and demanded a full refund and to return the treadmill . As yet they an extremely reluctant to cooperate and I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see my £150 again! Extremely annoyed and disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company
