Worst experience of money transfer
Literally nightmare! Worst ever application! Don't fall in the trap of cheaper transfer rates. I tried first time and my transaction is stuck since more than 24 hours, when it says 'transfer in minutes'. It deducted an amount from card and then after that asking for identity check. But on other hand, application is not working at all to upload the documents for id check, just failing with the system error. Help section is also just for namesake. Chat is just abruptly terminating. WhatsApp number has been given for quick help, no one replies even on that. For one time, it feels like fraud, but also hoping it is not looking at other reviews. Awaiting for some response or at least application should start working.
