I have just received a coat I ordered…
I have just received a coat I ordered for my wedding and it does not look as shown on the website. The coat is described as full length and looks like that online. I am 5ft 6 so am average height and it is no where near full length which is what I needed. I have spent £120 on a coat that I feel was wrongly advertised. I am unable to log into my account and need to return asap so I have money to purchase another for my wedding which is in 3 weeks! This is my order en_mi_231002055636_412. Please help!!!! I have received an e mail telling me to look at the returns policy and this gives me no indication of how much I am entitled to?? I have asked for a full refund but the response has been an e mail which links me to my order?? Please I need my money back asap!!!!
