Really satisfied, until I needed help, then it was awful.
I loved this monthly box. So much. Sometimes I got stuff I didn't want, but just regifted it. Being able to shop for what I wanted made it easier once the surprise boxes were meh. Then I got something I didn't order and what I ordered didn't come. No one to call, so you just wait for a response. I was a good customer and got a rude reply that they wouldn't mail my item until I returned what was mistakenly sent to me. They didn't even know I had it. I could've been dishonest and not told them. I had to pay to ship it myself, which seemed unfair so I delayed. Finally I gave in and mailed it back. Never got my item. Waited. Waited. Wrote again. Bummer way to end being a long happy customer. Two stars because initially they would have been a five. But to just cheat me out of shipping back something I never ordered and never sending me my expensive tall basket I already paid for, means only two stars. And that's probably generous.
