I ordered Christmas ornaments from them and a friend of mine did too. Neither arrived and I got onto them about it. They apologised and sent a new order, it was incorrect and the items were utter s**t. Crappy quality, nothing like what I'd ordered. I am now harassing them to get my money back. Absolutely trash site with terrible customer service. I will be hounding them until I get my money back.
