Unreliable and Unresponsive – Package Never Arrived
I had a terrible experience with LinHan.The Logistics company. I’ve been monitoring my package continuously on Track 718, and it took 31 days to arrive. They marked it as delivered to my doorstep, but it never actually showed up. Very disappointed with the service and lack of service! I checked my mailbox, yard, asked neighbors, and even reached out to family to ensure it wasn’t misplaced. Nothing. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have no package and no refund. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable delivery service.
