Beyond Late
I placed an order on August 3. (For those with the math, that was 27 days ago.) TWENTY SEVEN. They have a long shipping wait of 12-18 business days. Does 27 fall into that category??? Now I have nothing to wear for GalaxyCon and I'm PISSED. They offered a 10% refund + the costume, but honestly, they need to pay my con ticket fees as well. A week ago they told me it'd be an additional 7-10 days, plus an added 3-5 day shipping period. WHAT. They ALSO lied in a separate email and said it would be shipped in 5-9 days. If you're relying on a deadline, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
