This experience has been HORRIBLE. I purchased a bundle and they subscribed me automatically, which has happened with companies in the past, so I usually look beyond it. Although, when I reached out several, uoon several times with no response I got worried. I even went to the website to cancel the subscription and it wouldn’t let me because it said I wasn’t on one. Then I couldn’t cancel and emailed, called and left messages, with Zero response! Finally someone responded with an offer of 10% off! I said no, please refund. Then they offered 30% off!! I said no, please refund. And then they went silent again; I have still not been able to resolve this situation. They refuse to respond. I have not been able to resolve any of this. I finally filed a duspute and put a stop on further charges on my account, but it’s scary cause they literally stopped trying to help. Nothing back in weeks. Do not trust them. They are deceptive, and they will not help if there is something wrong. STAY FAR AWAY
