The shipping-delivery dates aren’t respected
When i made my order on the 18.11.25 so i received the email with this text “Your order will be ready for shipment on November 23th, 2025, and is estimated to be delivered between December 3th, 2025 and December 7th, 2025. Please click here to check the shipping time for your country. We will notify you once your order is shipped out.” Then I received an email that it would “Because each piece is made-to-order, our production process typically takes 14-20 days” I waited all this time in silence but it passed all the time and i am still without any order delivered or even shipped and it is 8 of December… The Order #5659149 I expect you to react quickly here because i will report you as a fraud to my bank and ask for a refund! I am not gonna wait long and don’t you dare to send me something like in these comments saying is yellow or orange or whatever bad looking quality pieces. Otherwise I will bankrupt your company! I don’t know how to add one more review in the same line but i will just edit this one. I would like to say that yes i received my goods with a delay but they sent me a complimentary bracelet in order to apologize and gave me a choice of a few options, 2 watches I ordered are beautiful and a nice quality however the wrist of the Dali design watch was a bit rough and there is a room to work on that…I would like to say more about that particular watch, because basically my order has been done because of that watch.. it was bigger than i expected and thicker, I was expecting something thinner and more sophisticated and fine.. in general I would say I would order again from there, but not Dali watch. And you should be ready to wait because isn’t a fast delivery product. At least it was like this in Dec2025-Jan2026. I received my watches and bracelets in the middle of January 2026 after 2 months from the order has been done.
