Beware!
Again it appears that this company has changed ownership or management.. 1. They are no longer allowing you to pick which medication works best for you. Being able to pick the medication was the best part of this service, in my opinion. 2. They are no longer doing 90 day prescriptions for certain medications- this is simply a money grab for the company. I had an antibiotic called in that does not work for me. Since they no longer give you the option to pick the medication, I decided to try it anyway. Three days in and it’s not working. They are refusing to call in a different antibiotic. They are telling me to finish the current antibiotic and if I am still not feeling well after I finish it, then reach out again at that point. Ridiculous. Apparently, they are in the business of keeping people sick.
