Awful company!
Awful company!! Very rude! No communication skills! Did not even attend the property, offered me money and then informed my insurance company that they would not do the job - totally non-sensical? Clearly this company is on a scam to initially offer money - which is admitting that the job DOES need doing but because me 'the customer' (which apparently stands for nothing) said no to their offer, they decide to refuse to visit my address despite setting up an appointment, to which they did not inform me they had cancelled and to notify my insurance company that they were not going to do the job! JUST SO RUDE!! How are they still in business?? I really wish I could give no stars!!
