Reliable. Efficient. Good communication. Experienced.
I decided to trust Trust Pilot and the reviews on Alibaba and boy am I glad I did. As a first time purchaser of large goods that needed freighting from multiple vendors in China to Australia I was so lucky to have Doris Xiao by my side. She kept me updated and responded promptly to all queries leaving me feeling assured. She also advised me of best practise logistically to get the cargo safely to my destination port which helped save time and money. Thanks so much Doris. Will definitely use the services again if I'm in need of freight.
