Not happy!!
I have ordered a few items and loved the looks and quality. BUT my last order didn't come with the chain to hang the sun catcher. I've emailed them twice and both were replied with they wanted pictures. PICTURES?? Of what? So I sent (twice) a picture of my completed project with NO chain. How hard would it be to put a chain in a shipping envelope and send one??
