Terrible customer service.
Despite seeing really bad reviews, I ordered one tshirt (my first purchase with these guys) because I really liked their designs. I only ordered one t-shirt and after nearly 4 weeks of waiting for it to arrive, it came down in the wrong size. (I ordered L and it came 3XL). When I contacted them about it they told me they had no refund policy. I was told to pay to return the item to them, and then once it arrived I would receive the refund (but still not be refunded for postage). I told them this was ridiculous as it was not my mistake. They then offered me a £7 partial refund. After I refused they then offered me a £9 partial refund. After a long and gruelling 5 days of refusing this, I got no where. I have since told them that I will accept the refund of £9 and never use their services again. FYI, you can find the exact same clothes on SHEIN for much cheaper and they are the same quality if not better. I have screenshots of all these emails as well, for anyone who has their doubts. TL:DR don’t use these guys, they don’t offer refunds even when messing up your orders.
