I received my counted crossstitch with no legible key.
I received my counted crossstitch with a key that is 9 blocks to a square 1/8 of an inch. NO ONE CAN READ THAT. I have three times requested a PDF of the key and did recieve a response that I would be emailed one. I don't have it yet.
